"What every organization must do at some point is make the conversion from lean programs led by staffs to problem solving by line managers. And the faster and more completely an organization makes this transition the more successful it is likely to be." - James P Womack

The Tsana Improvement Experience is a training workshop that actually delivers on three levels:

  • It introduces new ways of thinking including understanding the organisation as a system and knowledge of variation.
  • Training in the simple but vital tools of improvement.
  • Using a complete methodology for an approach to improving processes - a template that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The TSANA Improvement Experience provides a unique learning situation and a proven, successful framework, not only for problem solving but also for demonstrating the phenomenal benefits of continual improvement.

The TSANA Improvement Experience is a training workshop in continual improvement providing people - as individuals or teams - with an approach for delivering continual improvement, measurably. Although in its generic form it lasts for three days, this may be changed to from 2 to 4 days depending on your aspirations and requirements.

It gives people in your organisation the skills for using and applying the tools and techniques of process improvement and to provide a catalyst for change in the delivery of process improvement within a Business Process Improvement, Best Value, EFQM or 6-Sigma driven initiative.
